Close to Clearwater Beach to the north and Indian Rocks Beach to the south, indulge in local flavors such as the Columbia, Frenchy's, and Guppy's. And when you return to the unit at Chateau, notice the feeling of calm that comes over you!

• Do you allow pets?
  No. While we are pet lovers (we have several ourselves!), we gave it a try at the beginning, but suffered too much damage from pets being left alone in the unit while their parents enjoyed the beach.

  No, our unit is for adults over 25 only.
  
  

• Is the pool heated?
  No, the saltwater pool is not heated.
  
  

• Does this unit face the beach?
  No, as you can see in the photos below, Unit 3E does not face the beach, but you are a few steps away from the pool and the beach!
